Items typically Ship within 1-3 Business Days and Arrive within 2-7 Business days after the order is confirmed. Some items may ship separately. Allow an additional 1-2 business days if the products are shipped freight. Read our Shipping Policy for more information.

We apologize. We do not offer expedited or overnight shipping because of the high cost.

Freight Shipping:

In some cases, large/heavy items are shipped via Freight also known as LTL (Less-than-Load). Our shipping carrier will call you when the item arrives at the delivering terminal in your area to schedule the delivery. The customer MUST be home when they deliver. You will be notified at check out if the item is considered Freight.

Freight orders CAN NOT be shipped to any apartments, condos, or any residence that requires delivery to a second floor or higher. Allow an additional 1-2 business days if products are shipped freight.

As soon as your item is shipped, we will send you a notification with the tracking number and the shipping carrier. In addition, you can go to Track Your Order , and input your order number + email or tracking number to check the latest status on your order! Please allow an additional 1-2 days for tracking to upload if the item was sent via freight

In some cases and under special circumstances.  Please email us at info@ecoastriders.com with your name, the product in question, how many you want to purchase, state of residence, and if you are a business.

We almost always ship to the lower 48 States. In rare cases, we can ship to Hawaii, Alaska, & Canada. Please contact us before hand with the product you are looking to buy and we can see if we can ship to your area. Additional shipping costs will apply and we can get you a quote if possible

When Items are not in stock, you have the option to pre-order that item. We will save that item for you, so when it comes in stock, you will be the first one to get it shipped out to you. Note: If the item does not come in stock within 7 Days, we will have to reverse the order. Credit card companies only allow a 7-day authorization hold before the card is billed.

Yes. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find another online store that offers a lower price then us within six months of your purchase date please email us at info@ecoastriders.com and we will refund your original payment for the difference. We apologize, we DO NOT sell parts to customers that did not purchase from us. Our replacement parts are only compatible with the products that we know were sold by us. Our products are made with specific motors, tires, and electronic parts and we CAN NOT guarantee anything would fit or function without knowing what we have sold.
