Immediately upon arrival, please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make a note of it and take pictures.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@ecoastriders.com that same day and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders canceled after 2 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible the return shipping charges & restocking fee up to 25% will be charged to you. As soon as our supplier receives the returned shipment, the refunds will be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. 

Returns Policy:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 7 days of delivery.  Depending on your product manufacturer, however, this time period may be extended or shortened. 

In order to receive a refund, you must contact us here with your order number, model number and a detailed description of what the reason for your return is.  We will then give you instructions on where to send the product. A refund will then be processed within 2 business days of the manufacture receiving the returned item

The Buyer must pay the shipping & handling costs for both the outbound & return shipment in addition to a restocking fee up to 25%. We do not accept returns on used products. We will then give you instructions on where to send the product.

We cannot accept returns unless:

  • All original packaging and accessories including the original box, manuals, cables, chargers and all other items it came with
  • Any damage through miss-use or shows signs of being tampered or altered in any way
  • Must be unused and unaltered
  • Any condition that we deem renders the item unsaleable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again &
then contact your credit card company, it may take 2-3 business days for your refund to process.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your item is defective or damaged as a result of a manufacture defect, please read through warranty policy
