In some cases, large/heavy items are shipped via Freight also known as LTL (Less-than-Load). Our shipping carrier will call you when the item arrives at the delivering terminal in your area to schedule the delivery. The customer MUST be home when they deliver. You will be notified at check out if the item is considered Freight.

Manufacturers warranty policy varies from brand to brand:
Manufacturer Warranty covers warranty under manufacturer defects or faults only. It doesn’t not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, negligence, accident, or water damage in the rain(depending on the model). However the manufacturer may be lenient if the issue was caused by small misuse. Warranty begins on the first day of purchase.
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
Normal wear and tear
Improper assembly & improper follow-up maintenance
Installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the bicycle as sold
Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect
Products used for commercial activities such as those used in rideshare or rental services
Labor charges for part replacement or changeover

How much does it weigh, can you carry it on an airplane
Hi, The scooter only weighs 24lbs. For traveling, I would error on the side of caution and to always check with the airlines policy and recommendations. The Faa states" Lithium ion (rechargeable) batteries are limited to a rating of 100 watt hours (Wh) per battery. These limits allow for nearly all types of lithium batteries used by the average person in their electronic devices. With airline approval, passengers may also carry up to two spare larger lithium ion batteries (101-160 Wh) or Lithium metal batteries (2-8 grams)."
It looks like you would have to get airline approval in addition to special packaging before you traveled with this type of battery/scooter so we can't make any recommendations. So answer to your question is it depends. That being said, here is the link for more info FAA guidelines.
